Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We ship using a combination of methods. Generally small/low value items are sent using An Post while larger or higher value items are sent by insured courier. When sent by courier we will supply a tracking number on despatch of the item. All kayaks and canoes are delivered,either personally by ourselves or by a trusted courier service.
Shipping Costs
We aim to offer the best value on shipping and use a number of trusted partners in order to get you the best price possible with all non-boat orders over €75 available with free nationwide delivery. Unfortunately due to the variation in sizes, weights and delivery locations it is impossible to offer standardised shipping rates on canoes and kayaks. In this case please contact us and we will search for the best price possible.
Returns
If you recieve an item that is in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us to begin the returns procedure. Please note we will not accept returns for the following:
* Items incorrectly ordered. This includes incorrect sizes. We will however happily exchange for the correct size.
* Items not in their original packaging. If a return item is not accompanied by its original packaging we may accept a return but at a lower value than that originally paid.
* Special order or one-off items. These will be marked as such.
Return Terms and Conditions
* We will accept eligible returns within 28 days of customer receiving order.
* Non-returnable items will be clearly marked as such.
* We will refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.
* We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
* We charge no more than 15% as a restocking fee.
* The customer must pay for all standard shipping costs.
* All items for return must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.
* All items for return must be in original packaging and suitable for resale.
