Measure all the way around under the cockpit rim using a tape measure or piece of string to determine the circumference or measure the length and width and compare with the charts below.

Inside leg is measured from crotch to ankle bone. Arm is measured from nape of neck to wrist. Sizes called things like SM or LXL are designed to fit all the sizes within the range to which they refer. E.G. Size ML should fit anyone conforming to the M or L sizes shown.
